A vibrant and sophisticated, cool climate sparkling red and a true showcase of what our Eden Valley Vineyards can offer. The predominant varieties are Shiraz, Merlot and Primitivo all of which are sourced off our estate grown vineyards. The base wine is aged in oak for at for at least 18 months and a small portion of older material is added to impart richness and depth.

| Nose: | Fresh boysenberry and dark cherry fruit with a whiff of coco powder and cloves. Lots of other spices in the background - ginger, anise and a touch of mace. | ||||||

A juicy, fruit driven wine with a spicy mid palate, that is delicately balanced by a fine and persistent fizz. Sweet red currents, morello cherry, with layers of bitter chocolate and darker plum fruit adding depth and persistence. |
