At Irvine Wines, we strive to deliver your wine safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.  

Shipping Costs
- Orders under $150: Flat-rate shipping of $15 applies.  
- Orders of $150 or more: Free shipping Australia-wide.  

Shipping Carriers 
We use Aramex and Australia Post to deliver your orders.

Delivery Timeframes 
- Metro areas: 3 - 7 business days  
- Regional areas: 5 - 10 business days  
- Remote locations: May take longer depending on accessibility  

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.  

Order Processing 
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.  

Delivery Requirements
- Someone over the age of 18 must be available to receive the delivery.  
- If no one is available, your order may be taken to the nearest post office or collection point, and a card will be left with instructions.  

Damaged or Missing Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@irvinewines.com.au with your order details, and we will assist you promptly.
