Welcome to Irvine Wines. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from Irvine Wines, you agree to these Terms.  

1. General Conditions

- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase wine from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient of the order are of legal drinking age.  
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.  

2. Orders & Payment 

- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.  
- We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options as specified on our website.  
- Orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.  

3. Shipping & Delivery 

- Orders under $150: Flat-rate shipping fee of $15 applies.  
- Orders of $150 or more: Free shipping Australia-wide.  
- We use Aramex and Australia Post for delivery. Estimated shipping times and other details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.  
- A person over 18 must be available to receive deliveries.  

4. Returns & Refunds 

- We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at admin@irvinewines.com.au within 7 days of delivery.  
- Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

5. Press Club Membership  

Club membership starts when you purchase one of our four Press Packs. Club wines are shipped quarterly or biannually after your first order. The wine will be shipped to the address listed in your account and we will debit your nominated credit card automatically when each order is shipped. If your details change such as name, credit card, or shipping address details you must log in and update your account immediately, or notify us by sending an email to admin@irvinewines.com.au at least 10 days prior to upcoming shipment date. You can cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to admin@irvinewines.com.au. If you do decide to cancel your membership, you must inform us within 10 days of the upcoming shipment date, otherwise your credit card will be charged, and the upcoming Press Pack dispatched as part of the ongoing automatic wine delivery program for club members. Member credit card details are managed by our payment gateway, Stripe. Wine pricing is subject to change in line with pricing updates. Membership perks, discounts, and shipping benefits are subject to change.

6. Events & Experiences 

- Bookings for tastings, vineyard tours, and special events are subject to availability.  
- Cancellations may be subject to fees. Refer to individual event terms for details.  

7. Intellectual Property

- All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Irvine Wines and may not be used or reproduced without permission.  

8. Limitation of Liability 

- Irvine Wines is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.  
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, but we will do our best to assist you.  

9. Changes to These Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
