A full bodied red wine with supple tannins and dark fruit flavours. Delicious to consume now and will continue to improve with age. By 2030 it is expected to be close to its peak, but it could easily go another five years after that, (or maybe longer depending on your taste and how good your cellar is). This wine that is truly worthy of its icon status, so open this on a special occasion. It would pair beautifully with a range of high-quality meat dishes such as Beef Wellington, Fillet Mignon or the classic Steak Diane.
