Soft and generous with fruits of the forest, spice and sour cherries. A delicate tannin structure and juicy acidity further lifts the palate, giving the wine balance and length. The finish is elegant and savory, indictive of its cool climate origins. |

A spicy and lifted shiraz that is fresh and fruity on the palate. This wine drinks beautifully now but will age elegantly for five to ten years. It will pair well with lighter red meat dishes such as lamb and veal, or maybe more gamy flavours such as pork, duck or mushrooms dishes. Any sort of richer style pasta or pizza dish would be a beautiful match as well. |
