A full-bodied red wine that shows both freshness and length. The layered, savoury flavours of this wine pair nicely with char grilled meats and vegetables, smoked ribs or a savoury beef-based stew. A mellow cheddar would also work well. This wine is drinking well now but could nicely age for four to eight years. |
