Spring Hill wines, fresh, vibrant and deliciously approachable, are expressions of our winemaking ethos. Pinot Gris is an amazingly versatile variety, from light and fresh to layered and complex. Ours lies somewhere in the middle, lovely soft layering is created by minimal skin contact, cool ferment and some post ferment yeast contact.

| Palate: | Layers of fresh pear and lemon zest combine to give this wine a fleshy, generous, fruit driven palate. Light mineral notes and pretty florals add to the length and complexity. A gentle acid backbone and a delicate textural finish complete the wine. | ||||||
| Style: | An easy drinking, medium bodied, dry white with light acidity and a subtle textural finish. A versatile wine that pairs well with many Asian style dishes, or a range of other fresh and tasty foods. A few glasses, by itself on a lazy Sunday afternoon is quite acceptable as well. | ||||||
