Estate
2017
The heart and soul of the Barossa lives in our lovingly nurtured Estate Vineyard wines. Cool climate, ancient soils, pristine fruit, slower ripening, fuller flavours: this wine is testament to our commitment to excellence and craftsmanship.
90 points, The Winefront: Mixed berries, mocha, peppermint, and a bit of tobacco. It’s plush and full-flavoured, decent concentration with nougat/choc oak in support, supple powdery tannin, and a mint-choc-berry finish of solid length.
93 points, The Real Review: An elegant merlot with pleasing redcurrant and dark cherry flavours supported by a papery tannin frame. There is an appealing coolness to the fruit, and the wine has not been overdone in any way
